These Terms of Use govern the InfoApp creation services offered by Luigi Gabriel Bachmann Simonetti (CNPJ 68.499.429/0001-09), referred to as "Simonetti InfoApps", "we" or "I", through the site empresaluigigbsimonetti.online. By purchasing any service, you agree to the terms below.
We provide InfoApp creation and customization services, including, depending on the plan purchased: InfoApp development, sales landing page creation, and related technical support. The exact scope of each plan is described on the Pricing section of the site.
Services are contracted through WhatsApp, email, or the site's contact form, followed by confirmation of scope, timeline, and price, and payment according to the terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Fees are charged upfront (in full or in part, as agreed), through the payment methods made available at the time of purchase. Development begins only after payment is confirmed.
Delivery timelines are agreed individually with each client before the project starts and may vary depending on the complexity of the requested InfoApp. Delays caused by the client's delay in providing information, content, or approvals are not the responsibility of the provider.
Each plan includes a number of revisions as described on the Pricing section. Changes outside the originally agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Once payment is confirmed in full, usage rights to the delivered InfoApp are transferred to the client. Third-party components, libraries, and tools used in development remain subject to their original licenses.
We make every effort to deliver a functional, quality product. We are not responsible for business outcomes, revenue, or commercial performance of the delivered InfoApp, nor for instability caused by third-party services (hosting, app stores, payment providers, etc.).
Clients may request cancellation at any time, subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy.
These Terms of Use may be updated periodically. The version in effect is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, where the service provider is legally established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable in the client's own jurisdiction.
