Refund Policy

This policy explains under what conditions you can request a refund for a service purchased from Luigi Gabriel Bachmann Simonetti (CNPJ 68.499.429/0001-09), referred to as "Simonetti InfoApps".

1. Right of withdrawal (online purchase)

Under Brazilian consumer law (Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code), you have up to 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to withdraw and request a full refund, provided development of your InfoApp has not yet started.

2. Refunds after development has started

If you request that development begin immediately within that 7-day window (with your express authorization) and later decide to cancel after work has begun:

• You'll be refunded the portion of the fee corresponding to work not yet performed;
• No refund is owed for the portion of work already completed and delivered up to the point of cancellation.

3. After final delivery of the InfoApp

Once the final InfoApp has been delivered and approved, no refund is owed, except in the case of a proven defect that is not fixed within the support period included in the purchased plan.

4. How to request a refund

5. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless technically impossible for the payment processor.
